In addition to its advanced core technology, what really impresses people is that this startup is led by doctoral students from the University of Cambridge.

A few years ago, the founders of the company studied in the UK. They met in Cambridge and became friends. Since then, they have harbored ambitions and often discussed their entrepreneurial dreams.

Chen Xiaohua, the company’s founder and CEO said that, “We are eager to come home and contribute to the development of China with technology. We look forward to providing high-quality healthcare services to the public using advanced scientific technology.” Last year, they returned to China with their advanced core technology and began to turn their dreams into reality.

Several cities extended an olive branch to this team of high-level talents, but in the end, they chose Tongxiang. Chen Xiaohua said, “This is a story where we and Tongxiang reach out to each other.”

Last year, Xinbozhi obtained exclusive investment from Zhejiang Puhua Tianqin Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. Puhua has close cooperation with the Tongxiang government, so they introduced Tongxiang to the company.

As the permanent host of the World Internet Conference, Tongxiang has attracted many startup companies, including those led by entrepreneurial teams returning from Harvard University, and has experience in cultivating high-tech enterprises. To welcome this newly returned team with an ambitious target, Tongxiang provides it with favorable policies for enterprise settlement and talent introduction. Furthermore, in Tongxiang, the team can go through administrative approval procedures in an effective and convenient manner, receive entrepreneurial guidance, and enjoy comprehensive infrastructure including office spaces and talent apartments, all of which help its members quickly adapt to the domestic office rhythm.

The company is located in Wutong Street. Therefore, the Wutong Street office has proactively sent out investment promotion teams several times to negotiate with investors in Hangzhou together with the company. For example, when the Wutong Street Office learned that the company’s laboratory needed fire safety improvements, it immediately organized emergency and fire authorities to conduct on-site inspections and handled relevant procedures on behalf of the company.
