Foreign Investment Incentive Policy: For newly introduced foreign-funded enterprises in advanced manufacturing and service industries that align with our city's industrial development direction, as well as for additional capital injection projects where the foreign capital has been fully paid according to contract terms, a reward of up to 2% of the actual amount of foreign capital paid in will be given if the actual contractual foreign capital in place reaches $5 million or more within one year, or $10 million or more within two years. The maximum reward for a single project is capped at 5 million yuan.
